Cosmos (Rubenza) Seeds

Cosmos can be easily started from seed indoors or directly sown in the garden, growing quickly with full sun and producing a profusion of gorgeous blooms. Cosmos can be harvested when buds are cracking and will last 4-6 days in the vase. Be sure to leave some flowers in the garden to attract butterflies and a host of other beneficial insects.

Where to plant :: Plant cosmos in an area with full sun and well-drained soil.

When to start inside :: Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost date.

When to sow outside :: Transplant cosmos into the garden after danger of frost has passed or directly sow once soil has warmed.
