Add to Box - How It Works

If you are subscribed to The Hi-Five Stationery Subscription, here's a quick walkthrough of how the add-to-box process works! If you are already subscribed, there is no need to subscribe again - your Hi-Five kit is reserved for you until your subscription has ended. Each month, we curate a collection of shop items that coordinate with your kit - these items will ship out to you with your Hi-Five subscription on the 3rd of each month for no additional shipping charge!

1. Start by going to the My Account dropdown and selecting My Orders & Subscriptions

2. Under the My Subscriptions section, select your active subscription.

3. To view this month's add-ons, simply scroll to the bottom of the subscription page until you see the Add to Your Hi-Five Kit section.

4. To view your box for this month, scroll past the Add to Your Box section until you find Your Box. This is where you can see everything that is in your box and remove anything you changed your mind about. Please know, only add-on items can be removed from your box. The actual subscription item can't be removed. If you see duplicates of your subscription item, please contact Customer Service.

You are able to add and remove items from your box freely from 3pm ET on the 1st through the 2nd at 11:59pm ET of every month. Any items remaining in your box on the 2nd at 11:59pm ET will be charged to your account along with your subscription order. If you subscribe to The Hi-Five on the 3rd or later, you are not eligible to select any add-ons until the next month's add-on period has started.
