Minimum opening order and quantity members
Our minimum opening order is $250.00 and our minimum reorder is $100.00. Quantity minimums for orders are as such: home goods 3, art prints 3, greeting card sets 3, single cards 6.
Payment
Order payment is required prior to shipping, either through check, PayPal or credit card (by phone). Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with 1canoe2.
Shipping
Paid orders are promptly shipped (within 2-3 days). Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS, and international orders are usually shipped via the U.S. Postat Service. Please let us know if you'd like to request special shipping or if you'd like us to use your UPS shipping account number. We offer rush services for an additional fee.
Packaging
Wholesale packages are shipped in as few boxes as possible depending on the shape and size of ordered goods and quantities. Home goods vary in packaging (for example, recipe boxes and binders are tied with baker’s twine whereas our stump calendar is packaged in a box with a clear plastic top and the stump is in a cello sleeve). Art prints are enclosed in a cello sleeve with a cardboard backing board. Greeting card box sets are enclosed in a clear plastic box with a card detailing the designs. Single cards are enclosed in a cello sleeve.
Refunds
Refunds within one week of receipt of merchandise on damaged goods only. Refunds returned via original form of payment.
